How do I add a member as a friend?
Click on the "Add to Hotlist" link for the particular member. A message will be sent to that member stating your request. If they approve your request, you will automatically be added to their friend list and they will also be added to your friend list
How do I contact a friend on my friend list?
Click on the "Message" link on your Hot List Page or click on "Create" in your in your inbox, then select the friend's name from the select box.
Can I send messages to an email address or contact outside My Hotel Friend?
NO. You can only send messages to members in My Hotel Friend.
I can't find the accommodation I am looking for, can I list a new one?
Yes. You can list an accommodation at any time by following the link to accommodations. Alternatively search our partner site for a great selection of luxury hotels.
How do I update my profile image?
Go to My Account. Click on Update Profile or you can click on the link directly below your profile image. Once you are in your update profile page, click on the browse button next to the image field and select your new image from your computer.
Do I have to use my real, full name?
No. Put as much of the name you want to use into your joining details and choose a nickname. Remember you can decide whether or not your profile is publicly visible and your email address will always remain confidential.
How do I edit events in My Calendar?
Go to My Calendar and click on the "Edit" link on the same row as the event.
How do I delete my account?
Easy - just contact us via one of the links and we will take care of that for you.
