To become a member of myhotelfriend.com ("myhotelfriend" or the "Site", a website provided by myhotelfriend pty ltd) you must agree to the terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") below.

I will not use myhotelfriend to advertise personal contact details in my profile, e.g. e-mail addresses, phone numbers, webSites etc.
The Site may be temporarily unavailable from time to time for maintenance or other reasons. We assume no responsibility for any omission, interruption, error, delay, deletion, or defect in operation of the Site.

I accept that there may be interruptions, omissions and delays in the availability of the service from time to time.
I agree that the service is provided without any warranties.
I agree that by signing up to use myhotelfriend I do so entirely at my own risk and that myhotelfriend does not guarantee, represent or endorse the accuracy or reliability of any member information presented on the Site.
I understand that it is the responsibility of the person using the Site to search their area of residence or preferred location for listings of other site users who they feel they would like to make contact with.
I accept and agree that all monies paid to myhotelfriend are non refundable.
I will treat any e-mail which I receive as a result of using myhotelfriend as private and confidential
I understand that the 'nickname' I use is there to protect my identity and should I choose to disclose any more than this to another Site user, agree to meet another Site user or to enter into any dealings whatsoever with another Site user I do so entirely of my own volition and at my own risk
I will not harass other members of myhotelfriend by continuing to contact someone who has clearly asked me to stop
If I respond to any users it will be in a courteous and respectful manner I will not send any vulgar, rude, or abusive emails to any members
I understand that myhotelfriend reserves the right to reject and/or delete information supplied by myself that they see as unfit for public viewing and that these may include photographs, pictures, logos, taglines, nicknames, signatures or any other display that myhotelfriend may consider likely to cause offence
I will ensure that all questions/comments I send to myhotelfriend administration staff are written in a courteous and respectful manner and that if I email a question or comment to myhotelfriend administration staff and any of the contents of my email contain any angry, arrogant, abusive, rude or threatening comments my email will not be answered.
I understand that myhotelfriend will not guarantee to return results that match my search criteria and that there will not necessarily be other site users to contact in my specified location.
I understand that myhotelfriend will not guarantee that members will reply to any of my e-mails or messages and it is at the sole decision of an individual member as to whether or not they choose to reply to any e-mails or messages which I may send them
I agree that myhotelfriend accepts no responsibility whatsoever for any messages sent to me by other members
I agree that I am solely responsible for all information which is detailed in my profile and that the information I supply is both true and accurate.
I will not use the site to make unkind, defamatory, derogatory, libelous or otherwise damaging remarks or comments about any individual, group, institution, business or establishment.
I agree that myhotelfriend will not be held responsible for any breakdowns of service, viruses or online services that may arise when using myhotelfriend
I understand that I am responsible for all online charges, including charges from my internet access and telephone service providers for example, in relation to my using myhotelfriend.
I also understand that myhotelfriend is not an internet service provider and that I am responsible for my own internet access, software and skills required to use myhotelfriend
I will not use the myhotelfriend service to facilitate the sending of junk mail or un-solicitated mail of any kind to other users of the Site, whether past or present
I understand that these terms and conditions may be changed and updated by myhotelfriend and that it is my responsibility to check periodically for such changes and updates.
My use of the site indicates my agreement with the active terms and conditions.
On entering myhotelfriend, applying for membership and throughout my continued use of the Site, I will remain in compliance with the laws and regulations of my jurisdiction.

I accept that I do not have the right to assign this agreement or my rights to use this service to anyone else

I understand that myhotelfriend Terms and Conditions,rules, regulations and guidelines are put in place for a specific reason and I agree to abide by and respect these and the spirit thereof.
I understand that if I do not respect myhotelfriend terms and conditions, rules, regulations and guidelines that myhotelfriend reserves the right to delete my profile and membership immediately and no refund will be issued for the remaining membership
I agree that I have read and understood the above Terms and Conditions and that by accepting these I agree to be bound by them in all my dealings with myhotelfriend
